Marriage is one of the longest forms of worship, bound by a strong and great covenant (mitsaqan ghalizhan). The main purpose of marriage is to achieve harmony in a household that is sakinah, mawaddah, wa rahmah. Family harmony is not only beneficial for personal life, but also has a positive impact on individual performance by providing emotional support that strengthens work enthusiasm. Conversely, disharmony can reduce performance due to lack of support from a partner or emotional stress that can interfere with concentration and productivity. STDI Imam Syafi'i is a private Islamic religious college that integrates Islamic values in education to create an environment that supports family harmony among academics. This study aims to analyze the effect of family harmony on employee performance at STDI Imam Syafi'i Jember using a quantitative approach. A total of 30 respondents were taken using a purposive sampling technique. The instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression using JASP (Jeffreys’s Amazing Statistics Program) software to measure the influence of communication, spousal support, conflict, and marital satisfaction on productivity, commitment, and work effectiveness. The results showed that family harmony influenced employee performance with a contribution of 18.4%. This finding is expected to provide new insights for the academic community in improving family welfare and performance in Islamic educational institutions.
