Influence of Student Participation in Extra-Campus Organisations on Student Learning Achievement STAI Kharisma Cicurug Sukabumi

This research is motivated by the gap when students who participate in extra-campus organizations should be able to improve learning achievement by looking at the number of training and activities obtained from organizations. However, the reality on the ground shows that student participation in extra-campus organizations tends to hinder learning achievement. The purpose of this research is to determine whether there is an influence of student participation in extra-campus organizations on the learning achievement of students of Kharisma Islamic College Cicurug Sukabumi. The approach used in this research is using a quantitative approach. The method in this research uses descriptive quantitative methods. The sampling technique used in this research is saturated sampling. The population is all students who are actively involved in extra-campus organizations totaling 38 people. In this research using data collection techniques through questionnaires, observations and interviews. Then analyze the data in this research using a simple linear regression technique. The results of this research show that there is no influence of student participation in extra-campus organizations on the learning achievement of students of Charisma Cicurug Sukabumi Islamic High School. This is based on a signification value of 0.050 ≤ 0.830 so that the result F is calculated ≤ F table, meaning that Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted.
