Imkanu Rukyah as a Tangent Point as well as Similarities between KHGT and Neo-MABIMS in Indonesia

There have always been and are repeated differences between Eid holidays between the two most influential mass organizations in Indonesia, between Muhammadiyah and NU, these brothers are always at odds and do not want to be outdone by their respective predictions regarding the early fall of the New Moon to match Eid Al-Fitr in particular, this phenomenon has been going on for years and the function of the state seems to be non-existent, even though the famous Fikh rules mention Rukyatul Hakim Yarfa'ul Khilaf, the view of a Judge/Leader to eliminate differences of opinion, the government is trying to conduct a study of Imkanu Rukyah to see and combine the tangential points and The difference between the reasoning of KHGT and Neo-Mabims, there are two important questions: first, what are the points of contact and points of intersection between KHGT and Neo-Mabims in Islamic law? secondly, what is the concept of Imkanu rukyah as a meeting point and mediator between KHGT and Neo-Mabims in the context of the development of Astrology in Indonesia? by using a content analysis study to explain the point of contact and meeting point between KHGT and Neo-Mabims in Islamic law and descriptive analysis to explain the concept of Imkanu rukyah as a meeting point and mediator between KHGT and Neo-Mabims in the context of the development of Phalac Science in Indonesia. The results of this research are firstly that the two only differ in the interpretation of the hadith about rukyatul hial, meaning that both adhere to their respective interpretations of the dhanni nature, and secondly, Imkanu rukyah is a decision and process of Indonesian-style unification in the name of the Ministry of Religion to bridge these two points of contact.
