The purpose of this research is to find out about administrative management at SDIT Imam Asy-Syafi'I Pekanbaru, where administrative management until now has become the main concern in building an organization. This research uses an interdisciplinary approach that combines theories from the fields of Education and linguistics, this research will provide new insights into how the management of SDIT Imam Asy-Syafi'I Pekanbaru. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. Descriptive qualitative means describing what is happening on the ground according to facts, which are then interpreted into an analysis. Researchers process data obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation about the administrative management of SDIT Imam Asy-Syafi'I Pekanbaru which are discussed in depth to obtain conclusions as a result of the research. Correspondence management at SDIT Imam Asy-Syafi'I Pekanbaru includes letter classification, letter delivery, mail archiving, recording incoming and outgoing letters, digital archiving, internal correspondence, and document storage methods. Evaluation is carried out on relevant documents, document security, document eligibility checks, and document accessibility.
