The purpose of this study is to analyze whether the Al-Barokah Food shop in bangkalan district meets the standard business feasibility criteria from a market and marketing point of view and whether the shop is eligible to operate so that it is feasible to continue and develop. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, which means that researchers find knowledge or theories about research during a certain period of time with the type of empirical research conducted in the field with the object of research focused on the al barokah food shop bangkalan. The data collected in the study were obtained through interviews and observations of the sources, namely the shop owner and consumers of the barokah food shop. The results showed that the food business of the al barokah food shop was feasible in terms of market and marketing because the promotion was carried out directly, namely from oral to oral and through social media platforms such as whatsapp. A successful marketing strategy for products with high quality standards and accessible to all groups because of affordable prices, as well as the breadth of distribution in various pakong and surrounding areas.
