Analysis of the Business Process of Small and Medium Enterprises Producing Green Bean Sprouts Based on Sharia Agreements in Sampang Regency

This study was motivated by the important role of green bean sprout producer MSMEs in Sampang Regency as a pillar of the community's economy, even though the business processes carried out are still traditional and vulnerable to environmental risks. This study aims to analyze the business processes that are currently in place and examine the potential for applying sharia contracts as a basis for fairer, more transparent, and more efficient business management. The research method used a qualitative approach through interviews, observations, and documentary studies that were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that sprout production was greatly influenced by weather, raw material quality, and water, while producers' literacy regarding sharia contracts was still low even though transaction practices reflected the principles of an-taradhin and ghairu jahalah. In conclusion, the integration of sharia contracts such as salam, murabahah, and mudharabah has the potential to strengthen the business structure and improve the sustainability of sprout producer MSMEs in Sampang Regency.
