Abstract

Fried rice is a food that is liked by all people and groups. This research was conducted at Mr Yanto's Fried Rice Food Stall in Kalangan Prao Village. The aim of this research is to determine the potential profits, market opportunities and challenges that may be faced in running a fried rice business. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach method by conducting direct interviews. The results of this research show that fried rice has a wide market and high demand, especially among rural areas. Financial analysis shows that the initial investment is affordable and consumer surveys show strong opinions regarding the wide choice of flavors and prices that are affordable for all levels of society.
