Abstract

This research aims to analyze the environmental aspects of Awet Madura Food from a sharia SKB perspective. This research is qualitative field research, taking the research object Awet Madura Food. This research was carried out with information obtained from various sources, the first source was from the researchers themselves who already knew information about Awet Madura Food, the second source was from observations and interviews, document analysis, focused discussions carried out in field notes (transcripts), and also using existing sources, collecting information is carried out by reviewing several written sources, namely journals, books and other sources which are of course appropriate to the research object. Another form of qualitative data is images obtained through photography or video recording from Awet Madura Food. The results of the business feasibility analysis from the environmental aspect are said to be feasible, namely products that have a brand, an attractive name, are certified halal, BPOM, and have created packaging. Affordable prices, strategic location and easy distribution, as well as attractive promotions.
