Overview of the Security Aspects of Medical Records in the Filling Room of the Teppo Health Center

The security of medical record files involves the danger and damage of the medical record files themselves. The aspects of damage include physical aspects, biological aspects, chemical aspects, and theft. Physical aspects are damage to files such as paper quality and ink caused by sunlight, rain, flooding, heat and humidity. Biological aspects are file damage caused by rats, cockroaches and termites. Chemical aspects are file damage caused by food, drink and chemicals. This study aims to determine the security aspects of Teppo Health Centre medical record files and security in terms of physical aspects, biological aspects, chemical aspects. The research method used is descriptive analytic with data collection techniques used by researchers to collect data. In this study the authors used data collection techniques by means of observation and questionnaires. The results showed that the security of the filling room at Puskesmas Teppo has not been said to be safe because it can be accessed other than medical record officers, as for the physical, biological and chemical aspects, it is not fully safe because from the physical aspect it can be seen from the storage rack that has not used roll o'pack and from the chemical aspect it can be seen from there are still employees or officers who enter for food and drinks. The security of the filling room at Puskesmas Teppo cannot be said to be completely safe.
