Review of the Quality Standards of Medical Record Services at the Outpatient Reception Site at RSUD Sayang Rakyat

Abstract
Background: Providing services to patients within a predetermined period of time can improve the quality of health services and have a good impact on the hospital, there is Sayang Rakyat Hospital in accordance with the SOP with appropriate service time brackets and adequate facilities. Objective: Knowing the Quality Standards of Service according to the SOP of Medical Records at the Outpatient Reception Place at Sayang Rakyat Hospital. Methods: This study used descriptive methods of patient registration population every day 80 / day, as well as medical record officers during the study. Results: out of 80 patients there were 70 patients in accordance with (<10 minutes) 87.50% while 10 patients did not fit the time or more (>10 minutes). The average service time is 2-5 minutes, the factors causing delays in the provision of medical record documents are medical record documents that have not returned from the poly after service and the wrong insertion of medical record documents. Conclusion: The service is in accordance with the SOP and adequate facilities in admitting patients, it is found that the waiting time for patient services is in accordance with the time standards set, namely (<10 minutes) 87.50% while not according to 10 patients (>10 minutes).
