The popularity of sharia investment today is increasing and favored by the public. This is the impact of the development of information technology that influences the capital market and gives rise to the latest innovations such as online securities trading systems. So that a new innovation emerged as an effort to increase the number of investors. The innovation is by integrating the capital market system with information technology. And one form of application example of this innovation is the emergence of the Bibit application created and developed by PT. Bibit Tumbuh Bersama. This article sees the need to analyze the practices and investment mechanisms of Islamic mutual funds through the Bibit application. This research was conducted using a descriptive-qualitative method using the Maqashid Syari'ah Jasser Auda approach, namely through six features of Islamic legal epistemology using a systems philosophy approach. The type of research in this paper is field research. The data analysis used is a descriptive analytical method. The results of the study found that through six features of the system approach initiated by Jasser Auda, the mechanism and practice of sharia mutual fund investment through the Bibit application are in accordance with sharia principles. In addition, mutual fund sharia products in the Bibit application are also in accordance with the pillars, requirements and fatwas of DSN MUI
