Manuscript Withdrawl

The author is not allowed to withdraw submitted or published manuscripts (unless there are compelling reasons) in Al-Maktabah: Jurnal Studi Islam Interdisiplin, because the withdrawal is a waste of valuable resources that editors and reviewers spent a great deal of time processing submitted manuscripts and works invested by the publisher.

If the author still requests the manuscript's withdrawal while it is still being peer-reviewed, the author will be penalized IDR 1,000,000, - per manuscript as a withdrawal penalty to the publisher.

If the author still requests withdrawal of his/her manuscript, the author will be asked to submit an "Article withdrawal Form" signed by all authors (or) the corresponding author of the manuscript stating the reasons for manuscript withdrawal. Authors must not assume that their manuscript has been withdrawn until they have received appropriate notification to this effect from the editorial office. So that every journal management activity is known by all related parties. Please contact zaujiyyah@syamilahpublising.com for the "Article withdrawal Form".

However, it is unethical to withdraw a submitted or published manuscript from one journal if accepted by another journal. If a manuscript is withdrawn after it has been accepted for publication, the author will be fined IDR 2,000,000, - per manuscript. Manuscript withdrawal is only permitted after the Publisher has received full payment of the withdrawal penalty.

If the author refuses to pay the fine, the author(s) and its affiliates will be banned from publishing in Al-Maktabah: Jurnal Studi Islam Interdisiplin and all journals managed by PT. SYAMILAH LITERASI ISLAMI. Let us work together to create a culture of publication by developing academic ethics/publication principles.
