The phenomenon of inner child or childhood hurt can be experienced by anyone, either consciously or unconsciously. Abusive parental behaviour or speech, conflicts, arguments and even separation in front of the child will cause very deep inner wounds for the child. Individual treatment of the inner child that exists in him will have an impact on various aspects of individual life in the future, be it in the aspect of romance, work, family. This research is a qualitative approach. The data collection technique in this research is a literature review. The data used in this research are secondary data from books, journals, scientific articles, official websites, which have information relevant to research topics such as inner child and harmonious family. This research aims to analyse and find the impact of the inner child that individuals have in relation to gender relations that can cause the realisation of a harmonious family and provide the concept of self-healing of the Qur'an-based inner child. The results of this research show that the impact of the inner child on gender relations in the realisation of a harmonious family includes fear of romantic relationships, childfree, trust issues, deviant sexual orientation and domestic violence. There is also the conception of the Qur'an as self-healing in the recovery of the inner child, including remembering Allah, forgiving others, accepting fate, repenting, being grateful, being devoted to parents and getting married.
