Abstract

TQM in education integrates continuous quality improvement with a focus on the needs of internal and external customers, continuous education and training, and employee empowerment. This approach aims to create an education system that is responsive to changes and demands of the times, while ensuring all stakeholders are involved in the quality improvement process. The development of cosmopolitan human capital emphasizes education that prioritizes universal values and appreciation of diversity. This aims to produce individuals who not only have academic and professional competencies but also appreciate differences and collaborate in multicultural environments. By applying TQM concepts and the development of cosmopolitan human capital, educational institutions are expected to enhance the quality of educational services and prepare human resources that are competitive at the global level, thus contributing effectively to the global community.
