Creativity is an important aspect that needs to be developed early on to support children's cognitive, emotional and social development. Early childhood education, especially in kindergarten, plays an important role in shaping the foundations of this creativity. However, teachers often face challenges in implementing learning methods that can stimulate children's creativity. Therefore, training on creative learning methods is needed to improve teachers' competence in this area. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of training on the use of creative learning methods for teachers at Alfa Salam Islamic College Foundation Kindergarten. This research was conducted using qualitative approach with participatory method. This research involved 9 teachers as training participants. While the data in this study were collected through observation, interviews and distributing questionnaires before and after training. It also included observation of children's creativity in the classroom after the implementation of the new method. The results showed that the training successfully improved teachers' understanding and skills in using creative learning methods. Teachers became better able to create a learning environment that supports creativity, and children showed improvements in active engagement and creative thinking skills. The conclusion of this study is that the creative learning methods training had a positive impact on improving early childhood creativity at Alfa Salam IT Kindergarten.
